From the time she was a very little girl, Beth sensed there is more to life than meets the eye — so much more. Her path has brought her to explre and practice various forms of meditation and stillness. All this has brought her to a place of simplicity. Her focus is on Silence with a steady practice of centering prayer, as well as using writing, art, gardening and walking as ways to draw closer to that divine spark within.
